Claims procedures

Returns & Exchanges
You can return items (excluding custom orders) within 28 days of delivery. Discontinued items cannot be returned. To make an exchange and get the product in a different size, please place a new order in the web-shop.
The product you want to return must be in sellable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact our Customer Service Team at hilti@brandoncompany.com with your order number, item number and reason for return. We will send you a return form, which must be included with the returned goods. Returns without this form cannot be processed.

Faulty Items
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we will offer a refund. Please note, we cannot accept used or worn items unless they have a manufacturing or material defect. If the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, the delivery charge will also be refunded.
To issue a claim for a faulty item, contact our Customer Service, as per below.

Contacting Customer Service 
Please always provide the following details:
1. Order number
2. Item number
3. Contact name and your email address
4. Description of your claim 
5. Detailed pictures of the item/box/package
6. If it is a Corporate Fashion claim we need the batch number, which you can find next to the care label.
7.Send all details to hilti@brandoncompany.com and we will get back to you with a solution.
